Overview

Design-Construction Project of a new manufacturing plant of the SOCEM MS Group, the SOCEM ITS Project consists of two lateral production areas and a central bay comprising three floors for production services, engineering and support services. Furthermore, an extra area annexed to this building was constructed for mould maintenance workshops, industrial maintenance and technical support. Infrastructure and internal roads for heavy vehicles were also included, as well as car parks for the passenger vehicles of the clients and workers.

Given the Group’s strong sustainability philosophy, a big focus of the project was placed on the green areas and their functionality.
