Overview

Construction Project of a new Commercial Unit for Commerce/Services and Maintenance Garage, located in Leiria. In addition to fulfilling its function, this facility also helps promote the Brand, making the Unit a reference point for people arriving at Leiria via the IC2 road. The main building consists of areas for commerce/services and a vehicle maintenance garage on the ground floor, while the 1^st floor is for administrative and management services in offices to support the operation. As a complement to the main pavilion, a floor is dedicated to a commercial customer service.
