Requalification and conversion Project of the Santa Apolónia Railway Station Building. The complementarity of valences between the teams of Transfor Construção and Transfor Interiores were essential to the success of The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia Hotel.

A project by Atelier de Arquitetura Saraiva+Associados, which developed the architecture and interior design proposal that included the preservation of existing heritage elements in the building.This 5-star Hotel has na area of 7,254m2 and a capacity of about 250 beds. A reference work which was concerned with maintaining the operation of the main Railway Station in Portugal and ensure the requalification of a recognized building as a landmark of Lisbon. In 2022, The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia won the Nacional Urban Rehabilitation Award for Best Intervention in Lisbon City and Structure.
