Design-Construction Project for the Masa Hotel 5 de Outubro located in Avenida 5 de Outubro, just 15 minutos from the historic centre. With an intervention area of 4,663m2 and 83 rooms, this project consists of a complete refurbishing of the building. Ideally located, its elegant and modern architecture provide a simple and elegant interior decoration.

The Hotel provide a wide range of services: meeting rooms, business centre, sauna, covered parking, gymnasium, cafeteria, among others. One of the challenges has arisen from the need to place machines and techical areas on the facades. These were covered with microperforated panel that resulted in a successful coating with an elegant image and modern architecture. The basements have parking and the lower zones were reserved for technical zones and location of water and fire deposits.
