Design & Build Project of the FHC offices’ extension that sought to preserve the framework of the existing building, adapting it to the new needs of the company and the desired typology.

The project consisted in providing a higher notoriety to the facades – new materials, creation of new spans and entrance gate – and increasing the construction area on the 1st floor. With a construction area of 1,911.04 m², not only for the creation of a larger number of offices with larger areas, but also for the creation of a walkway to connect two of the company’s buildings.
