Overview

Rehabilitation Project of a residencial building that includes 12 apartments, with typologies T1 to T4, between 55 and 230 m2. Located in a privileged area of ​​the capital and unique centrality – between Parque Eduardo VII and Saldanha. Construction of the mid-20th century with straight lines, where the facades and all the nobility of the decorative elements were recovered and the outdoor spaces were optimized, a space open to well-being.
