Transfor Construção’s mission to build the Arriaga Building provided growth. Its characteristics of implantation and location in an area of urban bustle represented a challenge for Transfor.
Modern and elegant, with unique characteristics, combines the modern and the traditional with an aesthetic and constructive audacity. The beauty of the facade, covered with handmade tiles of the prestigious “Viúva Lamego”, with more than 150 years of history, must be highlighted. A plaster composition that performs a dance of reflections and glimmers at sunrise and sunset.
Its beauty hides the challenges faced by Transfor Construction, since the area had a very significant level difference.
