ONGOING PROJECT

The Bloom Marinha Luxury Condominium is located between Cascais and the Sintra Natural Park, at Quinta da Marinha, famous as one of Europe’s most emblematic areas to live in. The challenge of the Project is to equal the quality and differentiation of the villas in such a prestigious and emblematic location. Consisting of 88 villas, ranging from one-bedroom to six-bedroom and with a range of layouts, this is a flagship project for Transfor Construção. We are happy to undertake the responsibility of a project that endows Transfor with the experience of such a demanding, luxurious and sophisticated creation.
